Residents should contact condominium association management for information regarding parking passes, building-related issues, etc. The condominium association is a separate, legal entity and the HOA staff is unable to assist with these matters.
Trash Collection
You can expect prompt and consistent trash pickup as part of our community’s provided services.
Trash removal days are Mondays and Thursdays. Recycling is Monday and yard debris pick up is Thursdays.
Newspapers should be bundled in paper bags or tied securely with strong twine. Bundles may include inserts and magazines, but should not exceed 20 lbs.
Glass, aluminium and ferrous metal food cans should be rinsed, but may be commingled.
Yard debris and brush must be placed in biodegradable bags. The weight limit is 35 lbs. or less, per bag. Brush should be cut in 4 foot lengths, with limbs no larger than 3 inches in diameter and must be tied together in small bundles.
Packing boxes should be flattened and placed securely at the curb so not to blow around on windy days.
Furniture and large, non-metal household items will be collected at no extra charge on the second pickup day of the week, but restrictions apply and there may be a charge. Residents should contact American Disposal to determine if they need to pay for their items to be picked up an arrange a special pickup date, 703-368-0500.
There is a trash makeup day following a Federal holiday. If service is canceled due to inclement weather, trash removal remains the next service day. Holiday pickup will occur on all holidays except Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
If a recycling day is missed, regardless if due to inclement weather or a holiday, will be picked up the Saturday following the missed day.
Residents receive free replacement toters, regardless if lost or stolen.
Water and Sewer
Water service is provided to our landscaping and outdoor common areas to keep them thriving and to our clubhouse and pool to keep them fully operational.
Electricity
We provide electricity for amenities such as our clubhouse, pool and tennis courts so that they’re always ready for our homeowners to enjoy.
