Learn about committees and activities in our community! If you are interested in joining an existing committee, please contact your community manager at jschwab@cmc-management.com or 571-261-5734 xt.1.

Volunteers are always welcome to participate in any or all of the following committees:

Activities Committee-Coordinates community events throughout the year.  Volunteers are always needed and welcomed!  The Committee meets on the second Monday of each month at 7 p.m. in the Clubhouse meeting room.  Accessed through the Business Center entrance.  

Architectural Review Committee-Reviews and approves exterior improvement applications.  Volunteers to serve on this committee are needed as well.  This committee meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month in the Clubhouse great room.  

Communications Committee-Currently has only one member and is inactive.  If additional volunteers join, this committee would serve to enhance/improve/develop means of communications to the membership and work with the Management team on the community newsletter.
